Blue Tablecloth circle skirt with yoke

I thrifted this beautiful tablecloth, and knew it must be a skirt immediately. In order to preserve the embroidery, I added a yoke waist, and am currently basting the embroidery to a backing that will also anchor the pocket. I am trying to figure out a good way to create a pocket, and some adjustability so this is wearable at larger sizes for me.
